1. Data Controller
The controller of personal data is the event organizer.

2. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed strictly for:

  • processing ticket purchases

  • delivering electronic tickets

  • verifying identity of the purchaser

  • fraud prevention and chargeback prevention

  • compliance with legal and payment provider requirements

3. Fraud & Payment Monitoring
We reserve the right to verify transactions for fraud prevention purposes. Suspicious transactions may be reviewed, delayed, or canceled.

4. Data Retention for Dispute Resolution
Purchase records, IP addresses, transaction IDs, and confirmation logs may be stored for the purpose of resolving payment disputes and chargebacks.

5. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with payment providers and financial institutions strictly for dispute resolution and fraud investigations.

2) Refund Policy

Strict No Refund Policy

  1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  2. By completing a purchase, the buyer explicitly agrees that no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted.

  3. Tickets are considered a digital good delivered immediately upon successful payment.

  4. The buyer waives any right to withdraw from the purchase after ticket delivery.

  5. In the case of date, venue, lineup, or program changes, tickets remain valid and non-refundable.

  6. Force majeure events do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

  7. Attempting to initiate a chargeback after valid ticket delivery may be considered a breach of these Terms.

3) Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, the buyer confirms that they:

  • have read and understood these Terms

  • agree to the No Refund Policy

  • authorize the payment

  • confirm they are the authorized cardholder

2. Payment Authorization
The buyer confirms that:

  • the payment method used belongs to them or they have authorization to use it

3. Digital Product Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically.
Successful payment confirmation constitutes full performance of the service.

4. Chargeback Policy
If a buyer initiates a chargeback for a valid transaction:

  • we reserve the right to submit all transaction data, IP logs, confirmation records, and communication history to the payment provider

  • the ticket may be invalidated immediately

  • access to the event may be denied

Fraudulent disputes may be reported to financial institutions.

5. No Liability for Changes
Event date, location, lineup, or schedule may change. Tickets remain valid and non-refundable.

6. Governing Rules
These Terms take effect immediately upon publication and apply to all purchases.
